One char the auto stacking works, one char they all go separately into KY inventory and I must manually combine the stack. I tried toggling the option refreshing, closing LS and restarting browser.. still same problem.


Any ideas?

make sure you set it to 0%

Once you max a stack of a specific tier of fish they will no longer continue to stack until you remove that full stack (sell, transfer to other char, vault it, etc) - then they will start to stack again.
