Lots of newer monster abilities steal your ability charges. Happens frequently enough that carrying a multiheal can feel pretty bad if you're using it for anything other than prof.
One of the possible enigmatic emblem results is a trap door...which cannot be detected by td detectors. So if someone accidentally clicks the center of their screen during a mirror maze at the wrong time you have a 1/10 chance to just lose the run.
Death farming, dead. You don't lose exp when you die so you can't intentionally die to keep the same character level.
There's probably more since we're experts at complaining but I feel like this is a good starter pack.
note: This is not a complaint post and the way that I currently play the game doesn't really interact with any of these changes enough for any of them to bother me. This is just an informational post based on what I've heard and observed
