Make Jubilance work as intended when welling whites.
v1.30.4 Update: Jubilance now gives +Experience every time you hit a monster, calculated as roughly

Not sure if people know this.

When you wear +Jubilance items and you are Welling whites, you do NOT gain any experience like you do when you are killing off normal & evil presence monsters.

Tested this:

Level 5 welling Tier III whites using +1 Jubilance = 0 prof point gain per attack (successful hit)
Level 5 welling Tier IV whites using +1 Jubilance = 0 prof point gain per attack (successful hit)
Level 15 welling Tier III / IV & V's using +1 Jubilance = 0 prof point gain per attack (successful hit)

Did a normal test with monsters using +5 Jubilance... got 34 experience points per successful hit.

EDIT: I hate jubilance, but it should work as intended from previous update.

Character Experience. + Jubilance works when dealing damage (per successful hit) with normal and EP monsters (don't think this works after level 71 though).

It doesn't work on Well Monsters, and that needs to be fixed since Paul made it available in v1.30.4 Update.

This is what the update says: "Jubilance now gives +Experience every time you hit a monster, calculated as roughly: Jubilance * Monster Difficulty %"

Dang, missed that part.

I personally hate it, but since it is part of the game, just thought to fix it a little bit.

EDIT: Hmm, I decided to check it out further, not getting any experience from the +1 Jubilance item I have been using at level 17 even attacking normal monsters. hmm. Will have to check this out more since I am using a Tier III wild heal. Could be character level... but does not explain Well monsters @ level 5.

Why? Who will put jubi gear over ML gear when welling?
I just feel that even if this gets implemented people wont really care to benefit from it.

What if your ML gear has +X Jubilance as well? or even all 3 main items? ... I don't use my level 30 Reg Heal with +41 Strength & +5 Jubilance because I don't like getting an extra 34 experience points per successful hit. I dislike +Jubilance, but think that if they are going to make an update ... they should work right?
