The only one I can remember and it was recent.

I think this thread should be closed... it is just adding Salt to a Wound since v1.33.1 update.

Found this in 2016 on my first ever "deathfarmer" although uhh back then it was only a crazy idea I had to keep potion effects for a whole season to do stupid stuff like solo NMNM wearing ML gear and go down 16 trapdoors to see if anything good dropped

This dropped during my first solo NMNM. I remember thinking OMG I'm gonna find a ton of these this season!!! I never found another potion higher than lvl 20
