Let us say your character is level 1 and has Transmuting Rank of 7.
Can you still gain prof points at your character level 1 while transmuting items based on your Skill Rank of 7?

Muting will be based on what you mute, if rank 7 you mute a magical tier I you will get almost nothing while muting a tier III magical you will get 30-50 prof
Result will be the same being lvl 1 or 101
A clear exemple is mezzer during a suffus exp event x 20+, doing fast suffus to level up suffusing (skills) and also taking the benefit of the exp from 1 to 71+ in few minutes
