Anyone is happy with this change?

Max Characters is now restricted to 8 per core (max total: 16) (Feb 22 2021)


I died so I had to delete and recreate a new character and I lost one slot.
I deleted a character with the purpose to recreate it and I lost a slot.


Why am I forced to make softcore characters If I will never ever play softcore?

This is just a really bad game design.

guess they wanted to encourage people to play both cores a bit more.
Just like how unspawns exist in softcore, be happy you have more HC chars than others.
You've been rewarded for having your account exist for long enough to have more than the max.

So you are saying you dont like the change but you still voted no becouse people should what? play both cores at once? In a game where you get a good drop each 3 years? The only reason players play on both cores is becouse they have good items on both cores gathered in years by guilds or donated by friends.

Because they are forced to only have 8-8 if they are a new account.

We can descend back to the days where we could have only 8 characters. Things could be worse.

Fair enough! We just want the game to be better not worse.

The same concept applies to a transmuter when you actually fail a transmute every 10 tries just becouse of permanent server disconnects ( error 1006 ) or items breaking ( essence + item ) every 8-14 tries.

I think you should be able to buy more character slots up to a maximum of 16 per core. That way, the people that already had extra characters are grandfathered in but everyone else can still reach the same cap. This would make things more fair imo.

the problem is u can suggest the best suggestions ever nothing will happen. there will be always some gatekeepers who just dont want changes

An unfortunate change. Complaining will surely encourage them to change it back.
