Pretty sure I have asked this before, but I can't find the thread. Does anyone know how much higher a map can drop than character level? I just had this map drop at level 42, not down any TDs, no ML:

Mystical fine honed valley map
Level Req: 55
Use Item to Receive Effect

+2 Evil Presences
Quantity: 5
+4% Level Up

This means that maps can drop up to 15 levels higher than character level, do we know if it can go higher?

What I have found is that the Map that is dropped is based on your character level upon Completion, for example, you start a catacomb at level 25, but complete it by level 40... you have a chance to get a level 55 Map drop ... I have had this happen on many occasions.

I am not 100% certain, but I think around level 38 completion of a catacomb, I have found a level 55 map... I have found like 10 level 55 maps and character level being in their late 30s & early 40s +. But they are extremely rare... I also find Tier I+ maps completing the catacomb at those levels.

Yeah I think it’s based on character level too, but surprised that maps can be higher than your character level.

For a lvl 50 map, ending cata at lvl 35!!
