Hi. Whenever I switch apps between my browser and e.g. discord on my mobile, I get disconnected from the game. From what I've heard others don't have this problem and can switch back and forth between apps without any problems. Any ideas?
Chrome on iPhone12 pro max.

Depends on how long you wait before switching back. Pretty sure it’s just the iPhone’s way of saving power by not running apps in the background. My phone does the same thing.

Coming back to the game every game window resets, e.g. market. Also, when I'm leader of a party, I lose that role. Just 2 examples that are a bit irritating.

Also resets catacombs and its fucking annoying. I got galaxy s22 and itll just disconnect while im playing ill relogin and everything is reset and my whole inventory is reorganized. Kinda making the game unplayable. Literally just had 80%+ of a map done had some1 join and kill sneaky shell, nothing was stopping me from finishing the map except a trapdoor i was thinking. Nope went to put well items in my vault game dcs and now i got a fresh map to do and dont even want to play cause its bullshit. For real tho

A d/c doesn’t reset the map unless you are gone for more than 6 hours.

My phone also does this if I switch, also on iPhone (iPhone 11), not sure there is a way to fix it

My game dcs like 3 or 4 times within a minute, ill relog and its all reset. Less than 3 mins tops. Ill get a phone call and just that alone is enough to make my game disconnect and reset. Pretty much if i do anything where the page changes it resets the map. On pc u could let the game sit up for hours on end. I havent finished 1 map over lvl 40 in 5 master quests. Im too the point Im prob gonna stop playing.

That sucks. My catas doesn't completely reset when I switch apps. At least I can continue my exploration of the map/catas.
Maybe don't quit completely but play just when you're on your PC.

Mine drops too, the the worst it does it passes the lead to someone else. The cata does not reset. Honestly it doesn’t bother me at all.

My suggestion to people who have a big problem with this is just use PC to play 🤷🏻‍♂️

Could it have something to do with your phones optimizing certain apps to save more battery? Just a shot in the dark.
