I personally think you need to calculate this more effectively.
The OP displayed a Tier VIII map, and the maximum spawn monster to appear is Level 50, and with the +14 Cap to monster level is only +14 which indicates level 64 monster cap... and can not complete Master Quest even as a Feeder class of 71.
So, in reality, the OP should start the Map at level 50 based on the "Event" that is current at the time. Example, the event has +120% More Evil Presence ... now that modification can change a number of outcomes.
The SIZE of the the MAP catacomb, makes a difference COMBINED with the EVENT(s) at the time of opening (using) the map.
EDIT: I voted for plain map, the reason is based on the event(s) during that time.
