The thing is this, I can use the combination from level 1 to level 20 if not level 25 without changing gear at level 10 or 15 with other items... so what is the best Hardcore setup you would choose?

Get a cheap 60ee axe.. you have enough life with the charm + plate

also get at least other weapons for every 5th lvl.
playing 1-20 or 25 with one setup is dumb

Truthfully both suck but better to go with better ee so option 1 but like the other guy said it really shouldn’t be hard to buy a 57 ee plus weapon even for hardcore…..unless you’re doing this as a buffcore

I would choose changing weapon/armor myself.

wouldnt use either weapon, would pick up a 5x ee with no side stats over both which costs 1 fg.
but #1 is better as it has usable ee.
I would also use a level 5 weapon as the increase in damage for t3 to t4 is huge.
heck even with overspawn t3 the damage increase is too good to give up as an example my daggers:
Rare bronze dagger
Damage: 38 to 67

+73% Enhanced Effect
+1% Mana Syphon


Magical iron dagger
Level Req: 5
Damage: 51 to 90

+74% Enhanced Effect


Mystical steel dagger
Level Req: 10
Damage: 74 to 129

+99% Enhanced Effect
+1% Magical Damage Reduction
+1% Wind Mastery

an average of 57 increases to an average of 70 and that's just 1 tier. By tier 5 you could easily be doubling your damage output.




Both armors are fine. not what i'd use but i'd also change at either level 5 or 10 or both.
You do not need obscene amounts of max life, +100 is more than enough for 99% of us and in general we already stop using max life by level 5 except possibly on casters.
SC is still like "you guys use max life"?

So this I can use until level 20 if not 25... I can even use a Cast charm in ACC slot with all those items combined.

EDIT: sorry for my response, but I am a prof hunter for heavy weapons... so me using a normal axe is strange... or if you think about it, and level 1 to 5 I have like Rank 4+ in all heavy weapons on said character, but no Axe ranking... as in Rank 0 ... so the less EE is better at lower levels, I don't need to kill in 1 hit just to gain 0-1 prof point... get a clue people from level 1-5 or 10 / 15 etc... the kill speed doesn't give you prof points.

More Actions give you prof points... per sec for normal weapons.

I would use plate mail myself.

And I also use weapons and charms till lvl 15 and swap them each 10 lvls.

Weapons I change each 5 lvls, but from 15 on every 10 lvls.

I truly wish Rex knew what TLDR means
When he color codes something. I scroll just as fast 🤷‍♂️

I feel like it's pretty easy to decide what gear to wear though
And on a real note. It's lvl 1.
You could use a copper sword and not worry about dying b4 lvl 5.

I don't know what to say on yours without personally testing but this is my current 1-mq setup for now. I typically swap gear every wave to be optimal and get to MQ the fastest and safest as possible.

this is the way - you can never have too many lvl 30 axes, and all of them deserve to be used/loved.
