Was curious what anyone thought about this, ofc Magical would only reroll Quantity, but think this would make t1 essences useful for making well maps, and higher essences sell to make better maps, like lvl 40 essences would sell more imo

This is actually a pretty good idea, given the fact that we often get really crappy maps even when we finish a huge-ass level 50 catacomb.

I have found "Magical" maps at the end of a catacomb that does NOT have +X Quantity, so you could in effect roll a map with +X Well(s) ... but 0 Quantity = 1 map quantity.

Personally undecided, only reason being that you have to rely on Essences, which mean you have to Mute to get Essences to Re-roll maps. Just a thought.

Odd suggestion:

Cartography Skill.

Basically you use the skill "Cartography" with a Map and if successful you end up with a "Stamp" (this is like an Essence), you use the "Stamp" to re-roll a Map of that tier & modifiers (Angelic, Magical, Mystical etc).

Why not, at least it is a new skill to improve maps that never existed when Muting was first introduced.

Problem with that is, how you ever gonna lvl up prof, u got 200 t1 magical maps rdy?

if there was a way to do it without essences id be all for it. seems like muters have another avenue for profit
