nahh your average gear is just stuff most people would never use

yup... only thing is... TierIII white item does more damage / defense that you don't need to worry about EE with those levels.

correct... you worry about mana over ee but regardless that doesnt make the item any less of trash. Otherwise you could say every t3 item is "average" due to base stats being more than enough to solo.
