i don't think he has..... he said this didn't make the list

Arcane focused heal VII
Level Req: 20
Heals: 90 to 108
Mana Cost: 53

+116% Enhanced Effect
+2% Experience Gained
+3 Critical Strike
+1 to 66 Life per Kill
+21% Heal Mastery
+1% Mana Skin

would be best in main slot, and idk... disagreeing with myself

this is by far better than the current level 20 heal due to its effectiveness vs Ambush etc
if it doesn't make the list, no harm done but imo it's more useful than a perf level 20 hm charm + the current #1

ure thinking out of the perspective of only 1 thing , a full on cata healer.

as a Caster in solo that charm is nothing but a 116ee lvl 20heal..

as a hybrid in catas that is nothing but 116ee lvl 20 heal..

and lets face it 116ee aint that awesome on a lvl 20 item :)

cata healing at lvl 20 = this charm should be in the main for better more consistent heals. nice charm

a perfect lvl 20 140ee charm in the acc slot with a 35 hm charm in main slot would give more heals and would cost less mana... nuff said

Not to be a pain, but with HM's "new found usefulness" why is hm counted as .5 int on the stats? IMO I would rather have items that have say +30HM over +30int when making melee. Is it still this ratio or has it been removed?

For instance for current Hybrid:

45: Angelic wild heal XII - lefek
Level Req: 45
Heals: 12 to 120
Mana Cost: 115

+42 Dexterity
+29 Intelligence
+1 Life Regen
+1 Jubilance

I own:

Mystical earth XII
Level Req: 45
Spell Damage: 50 to 88
Mana Cost: 93

+51 Strength
+9% Physical Damage Reduction
+32% Heal Mastery

Thoughts?

I actually find yours to be more useful than the current. Will receive better heals and the strength with the DR add is much more efficient. I agree with you.

Int works to increase heals and defense.

Heal Mastery only works to increase heals.

Theoretically speaking Str/Int is better then Str/HM.

His is dex/int though

the strength is higher, the heals will be more efficient with the heal mastery will it not?

and the 9% DR will give great defense than the int will imo ^_^

Theoretically speaking, 1 HM >> 1 INT inregards to the amount of increase it provides? We're not comparing apples to apples here. HM also can't be statted. I'm taking this conversation out of this thread and making it's own. No reason to clutter up McClain's work.

On the hybrid charms, it's the most STATS counted that gets listed. Therefore a int/dex charm is higher than a HM/str charm.
