Cole has been going by a 2 INT = 1 HM conversion for items going onto this list, the int/hm axe has more when you convert it

i think hm on a heal charm isnt counted like that since most use it in the acc slot so it adds no effect :(

cata healing at lvl 20 = this charm should be in the main for better more consistent heals. nice charm

this is by far better than the current level 20 heal due to its effectiveness vs Ambush etc
if it doesn't make the list, no harm done but imo it's more useful than a perf level 20 hm charm + the current #1
