The +18 intelligence on his charm basically makes it 51% ee + the mana is a great add with 4% Wind Mastery roughly equates to 55% ee and added -4% enemies wind resistance (if memory serves me correctly) ... so yes, you are correct, the mana is a better bonus than my roughly 58% ee wind / -5% enemies wind resistance.

Eatly life and mana with both after kill. Woulda been decent adds if it had a high EE. Maybe not though haha I am still very new
