Time is your bigger enemy. I can solo lvl 55 maps/catacombs but it takes 6+ hours to do and the rewards are minimal.

Random teleports don’t matter when the map is open. That’s why it’s good for mirror maze and exploring in general.

Yeah, maps can be good, but can also be really bad
you can find tier 3 maps when finishing a lvl 40+ catacomb

apparently it´s not really good, that being said 300% is really high, i could imagine that being similar to running a high monster difficulty map

Trap door monsters levels are normally higher than your character level & monsters in a normal Catacomb or Map. So for example, you fall into a Trap Door and the Monster Level is 45 (your character being level 37), the added 300% is related to the +8 = +24) ... so roughly monster level 61 (Trapdoor... so character level 37 + (8 x 300%) = 61

Above is just a description, it may not be this at all, or that high, however I think I am on the right track.
