Can someone explain difference of item drop quality and item stat quality? Is it as obvious as item stat quality also works with transmuting, where as the first is only for literal monster drops? Because if that's the case then this is significantly worse than the 30 percent we just had, correct?
From what I can tell:
Item stat quality affects the quality of the individual stats like EE, Str, Dex, etc. Boosts the roll on the individual stat.
Item drop quality affects the magical tier of the items dropping. You’ll see more Rare, Mythical, Angelic, etc.
