I see no difference in the above mentioned, the other people I have talked to don't see it either.
As for rerolls the last 1k level 30 rolls have given highest EE of 76%.
Pretty much at the conclusion that there is no forum gold to be made transmuting. Either too many stats or too much weight at low tier rolls; most likely a combination of both is making transmuting worthless.
Getting higher on the ladder/proficiency is pretty much my only goal. Sorry to anyone who followed/thought my spreadsheets were interesting. Won't be continuing them

hrmmm 3rd sword but ~15th 55 mute. switched from daggers/axes to swords for lyricist just dumb luck.
