Is 1.31 the newest update?

Because before 1.31 if you finished the last square and no mobs spawned

The maps would last forever because u didn’t engage.

So that was changed in 1.31?

Edit: treasure chests also worked this way. Before 1.31

edit: treasure chests do not auto engage on the beta server.

also I can confirm this, if nothing spawned on the last spot (we haven't attempted to farm maps in a while, so we last did it in 1.30.9), the maps did not use to disappear, or their purge timer would not be started, in other words

I do understand this is not the topic to discuss it, I just wanted to confirm

edit2: in fact I do not know if they do instantly start their purge timer in 1.31, again, we haven't tried it since the patch, but it used to be as described

Killed monster on last square, no drops etc (image above), but had to press G (engage) to get arrow keys appear (image below).

Maybe something you want to fix at a later date since it is intentional.
