I'd like to enter, created my first HC char ever just a few mins ago

Its a way to give someone without much fg a boost to get into HC also.....almost impossible to earn enough in SC to Convert over (for your Common Players)

If you show no HC MQ and run a lvl 1 guy up, then yes.

I had someone pm asking if they ripped if they could start over....I dont have any issue with it, thats kind of the theme of HC, make a mistake, learn from and strive onward Just have to resign up the new guy with Rick and make sure you post so people can poke fun at you GL (just dont ripping 4 guys at lvl 7 and wasting Ricks time)
