I would like to see some of the clutter cleaned up and graphical improvements to the world. There is no light source visible, I think there should be a sun. I think having the scenery changed based upon the users time would be cool, have a moving sun and a moon at night.
The fishing pond could have some graphical effects consisting of ripples when you pull a fish out. I think it would be great if the door actually poofed into a cloud or opened to a shining light.
I would also like to see a border on the mana bar as it blends with the background a lot and moving the vault so that when I mash run the vault does not come up immediately after.
The well text should also be expanded in my view so that the text is not on top of the well graphic.
Above all though I would like the difficulty displayed on a glyph again. I really don't understand why that needed to be moved. I like the new system over the old but it was nice to know what you were in for.

Considering casters have high base intelligence you already have a nice bonus to mana regen and with at least 20 mana regen gear it does not take three minutes to regen mana. In my experience my mana fills faster than my life and I have to put a life regen charm on unless I heal prior to mana pool depletion.
I agree it sucks when you run out of mana but you are blowing out of proportion actual regen times.
