He broke the rule of trust, and ruined his reputation.
What he did is a scam, no action can be taken for the ammount of proof. end of story

pretty much. a dick thing to do, but he hasn't done anything against the rules of the site.

if you harrass him, you are 1. lowering yourself to hsi level and 2. doing things against the rules of this site, which you should be punished for.

That statement explains, that, sending the item cannot be undone, it's simply the programing of the game.

People are not idiots, for enjoying this game, making friends, and sharing equipment, it is the basis of a healthy guild, and what makes this game great and fun for me.

For someone to betray the spirit of the game, and simply put it.. STEAL ITEMS, is dispicable.

End of story, nothing you can say otherwise.
