A bit too late to the party, however, this is a hunters Event based on bolded and if you explore.

Basically:

Treasure Chest Maps (150% more and +25% Map final Chest Quality)
More Enigmatic Emblems for more chances of Well / EPs etc.
Well Longevity... simple right, more Longevity
And of course... 100% more EP (does that include Emblem chance to spawn???) etc

Missing is like Drop Quality / Quantity and Stat this or ML effectviveness. so still a good EVENT.
