Magic Luck Effectiveness ... Guessing you need to be wearing ML gear for it to be EFFECTIVE!
+2% Better Item Drop Quality ... dang, I know this is UNIVERSAL in game, but I hope it makes a MASSIVE improvement to Drop Quality and we see results.

Hate XP gain of any sort (faster levels with less exploring & drops)
-40% Teleport Traps... guess that is a bonus, hope that the -40% gives 40% more EPs etc
Well the Treasure Chest Quality improves with the ML Effectiveness & the 2% Better Item Drop Quality I am guessing.

Sry for the dumb question but what's the difference between item stat quality and item drop quality?

Item stat = higher chance to get more desired stats
Item drop = higher chance to get higher quality item (quality meaning magical-unique level)
