there's a very old one where someone was tracking this.

they stopped in 2021 but it gives you some idea. the increased mob stats/difficulty/health can no longer spawn, simply because one half of the community stopped playing during those events and it rekt new players. i've added a row at the end which shows the max/min that spawned in that time period (row GE/GF):
