I'm pretty sure they can't since the patch notes say that it's magic luck that creates them and not that it increases its chances of spawning.

Only 7 ML.. with what has been posted, I think this is overspawn.

Mystical patchedleather armor, Physical Defense: 1 to 5, Magical Defense: 1 to 6, +1% Critical Flux, +1% Lightning Mastery, +4% Wind Mastery

Definitely an overspawn, but you haven’t found more than this? I must have found close to 100 overspawns in the last 36 hours lol. Only 4 were higher than tier II though

To be honest, not looking at drops (TierI / TierII), I run 7 ml from level 25 to 55 then 0 ML from there because I am testing QD / CS / LS on my charms.
