no...knowing ur timing per ep pack (what suits u best/think) which is killing an ep in 15-30 secs...u want the best drop while finding as many as u can in a short amount of time
Taking to long does not help...ur drops are still good (if u didnt take chunks) but its not better than perfectly timing it
kill it to fast will still drops items...but usualy not close to the eps level...(its like killing a regular monster but with high difficulty)...the drops are randomized, and not set
killing it in 1 hit or a few more...usualy 1-3 items (low tier) drops
U have to stay consistent...u cant just weaken it to 5>% hp town regen then 1-2 shot it...that resets the drops and it usualy ends up garbage
u have to get alot of smacks in...and with experience u will know how much % of life u need to take off per hit
That is why..instead of downgrading...fall through trap doors...that increases difficulty slightly, damage and especially there life
At level 60 if u fall down 8+ trap doors...those monsters have more life than level 100s...but they dont hit nearly as hard as them...it takes over 5k dmg to kill 1 monster most of the time
It is pointless falling down alot and reducing ur killing speed...you only want to do that with good gear to EP hunt and well (tds affect wellables)
Tds does not help find higher tier whites(unless u have rlly good gear which takes a few td falls), it slightly increases item mods higher (upgrading tiers) which results in higher stats
ALOT of you wonder why most high level items have garbage mods? Thats because a lvl 55 item with 27 ee can be a tier 14 mod (NOT TIER 1)
EXAMPLE....tier 1 +3ee....tier 2 +5ee....tier 4 +15...tier 5 +4...= 27EE.....or it could have rolled a tier 14 mod which would be 1-27EE
THAT WAS just an example...u can see how many different ways it is now....a level 55 item does not go 1-280EE...its way LESS odds than that
u will never know what tier roll it is...the only thing u will know is 90% of the time mods roll really low stats...its not random...they roll low and increase by jumping up tiers
Hes talking about killing an ep at what lvl 65+? killing eps at that level will be dropping tiers closer to the ep level mainly 45-55...the more eps the better
If ur guna EP hunt...make sure ur on a character than can spawn 1-3 of them (MQ) that adds difficulty...and when theres mob healers...thats a good sign...makes it lengthy
A good tip to anyone...if u can actuly tank or have fish...or self heal like i do....just weaken them all at the same time then kill each after another
U cant just take chunks out of it...sit there and clutch then kill it...that still has a chance of doodoo drops...the game knows how much life u take out, and it affects drops
ALOT OF U might not have noticed...but these past 2-3 weeks have been dropping a ton of EE items and stats...thats because it was tweaked recently, but NOT THE TIER ROLL
