Usually takes 3-5 minutes per level. My advice is to change your right mouse button to "g", put one of the side buttons as right click, then you can engage more quickly, and simply use your other hand on the arrow keys, with the ctrl, shift, and alt just left of them. Note that I never EVER use more than 2 abilities on a character because of that setup though, because I can't stretch my pinkie from the arrow keys to the alt key without moving my hand.
Either way though, Solo is at a severe disadvantage vs team.

Are you finding good drops exploring? Myself, I explore both group and solo, and don't find shit that way either. I simply spend more time per climb. What's even better is when I take trap doors because of "higher mobs = better drops" theory. Still don't get shit for drops, and then don't get any prof gain either.
