This event is useful though. After the last two sensational events I needed a boring one to relax a little.
I can casually gain a few levels before the next event goes live. I'll already be ready to find good gear.
And plus a little downtime has given me time to play a little Diablo 3. I may get a Wizard to Haedrig's gift.

Ummm if useful is “doesn’t give you any added motivation to utilize the event while it’s active” then sure it’s useful.. but if you properly used the last two events you should be pretty much out of wellables. You basically said “this event is useful because it’s so bad that it makes me want to play other games instead”

Mind you, I solo slash for hours and hours. One time 12 hours straight. Not so easy.
I don't get the easy runs in a party like others do. I gotta prioritize my time better.

And the best events for me are the ones with experience and better quality items.
Still so much more I want to learn about this great game. But time is of the essence.
I'd like to play other games too. Probably get back to D2R on the Switch a little more.

My main goal right now is to reach a Level 13 Warhammer proficiency. I'm 80% of the way there.

if every event would be with 40% stat that would be the new norm and nobody would care again

those events are special and should be rare,


from my point of view hte last months were extremly good

we had a double tc event
many good welling events
last good rolling event
several good explore runs with 100+ eps

with rartly any back to back "bad events" and just because an event is bad for you doesnt mean its bad for everyone

dunno and its not about shrine or time saving , its qol thats it if i dont have to move to town and still lvled up it feels good easy as that

In reality Warm Lights don't make it faster to level up at all, now if the Event had +X% Extra Experience gain... then you would level up faster as you stated: "...example since it makes my last lvls faster to run..."

Now, you can level up faster WITHOUT any event, just by having an item or more on your character, like this one:

Rare Focused Heal IX
Level Req: 30
Heals 55 to 66
Mana Cost: 69
+41 Strength
+5 Jubilance

Now this item makes it faster to level up from 30 to Master Quest (70/71), add in an Armor:

Mythical adamantium plate mail
Level Req: 35
Physical Defense: 35 to 105
Magical Defense: 0 to 10
+33 Dexterity
+32 Intelligence
+13% Experience Gained
+1% Mind Numb
+4% Magical Damage Reduction

Woot, level up faster again and still better than Warm Lights that you hope you come across Exploring a catacomb... now for anyone Whistling, these items increase the speed of your run without exploring... luckily I don't whistle... but Warm Lights DON'T make you level up faster at all... end of story... Warm Lights suck in an Event.
