Thinking outside of the box:
Only a level 5 item, monsters are so easy to die in 1 hit with a White level 5 weapon and the mods on this charm in main slot is quite nice.
Dex for dex ratio weapons ... Dagger, Axe, Staff and Pole Arm for starters = more damage
Int for casters or Melee / Heal (though not needed for level 5 healing unless they just want to hunt profs ... heal or cast)
5% experience gain... damn, get from level 5 to 10 much faster, also helping each level for mana & life per level up faster
1% Life Steal is only good for melee, however, it is good to get at least a hit point (minimum) after an attack.
heal mastery is crap at low levels with the game mechanics being so easy at low levels.. no point to even have it spawn right???
