+55% Enhanced Effect

Could fill spot for top Int scale and EE.
i know tier III ee armors haven't been included in the past, but I'd argue that with this update they are more useful.

He has the best MQ charm no doubt.

But as far as complete charm set goes, he is out done. He lacks strong charms between 40 until his MQ charm.

Jamal has a ridiculous setup up until 45 and his 45 is a 22xEE.

My setup composes of basically the best lighting setup up until 50 with the exception of 55 with Tj owning the best 55 Lite.

Brad has the distinction with possibly the best setup considering he has access to all the Lightnings me and him both use and his 218EE 55 Earth and my "Best In Game" intelligence gear.
