basically no one not says that ml 100% give u chance to increase stats...its can be 0.00001% that ur ee will be inscreased... who knows

True, we also don't know if that item would have dropped if I had 0 ML (% chance to drop an item may also been affected by ML).

Item Level / Quality & Drop Rates can be influenced by ML, this is my understanding. I can be wrong. No harm in posting what drops with ML to test the waters, even if it is 0.000001% chance using +1 ML or +0 ML because of RNG.
