I think you missed the point of my post... I have had tons of 1% EE items drop and never posted them. Have you ever thought that I was referring to Magic Luck vs EPs and it did NOT increase the % EE on that item? Does it mean the ML affects the % chance of AN item dropping, but does not influence the modifiers on it? ... remember, Evil Presence don't drop whites.
