Maybe I’m wrong, and I most likely am, but at lvl 1 when you get say 5-10 exp normally for fishing (this is a guesstimate since I have no clue how much you get exactly) with this event you get 16 x10 exp which means 160 exp which basically means that this event should help you get much closer to whatever the amount of exp is needed to get to lvl 2….then lvl 3….etc

Nah u still get same fish xp, but you do get your char xp 16x more. You dont get lets say 4k exp per catch but 50k. You catch like 20 fish and you lvl.

Its only making going 1-71 faster through skilling. There is no effect on how fast you progress skill ranks If there was you would see far more high level skillers because it wouldnt be such a waste of time
