Arl, i understand that, which is why i don't expect anything from the mod team or paul on this subject.

It was a risk i took, not xfering the item over the MP, but trusting Rafaels to trade me fairly.

He screwed me, because he knew according to rules he couldn't get locked. I know this, and life goes on, but i simply must expose him for the spineless coward he is.

I do not know him personally but all I can say is a buissnes man would know to give himself a good image. If he actually has all that money and good ethics (such a touchy subject ;) ) then why did he not offer at least 25% of the price back? That is the least a "business" man would do to encourge future business. This is common knowledge.

I will not judge until I hear Raf's story, but from the PMs I've seen on this topic it doesn't look very good.

Everyone is innocent until it's proved he is not.

There is still a possibility he didn't screw you up so I wouldn't accuse him... anyway this would be a BM and not a scam.


As I said I'm really sorry for your loss, and I hope that Greg really got it since I know he will do the right action ;)

Does Rafs gold logs even have a +.95fg for the transaction? what time was it and what time was the in game msg

Dont know either person, but if everything said here is true, I cant see someone owning this other than whoever Raf wants to own it. Sniping is pretty damn unlikely, especially without the person buying it at least seeing it.

Btw since when were business men ethical? Ya maybe some, just like some short white people are good at basketball

It seems highly doubtful with all of the evidence pointing at him that he did not "scam" toon. He offered no remorse what so ever. Not sorry, not oh shit. Not wow dude that sucks. (From what I have seen so far!)
I'll try to keep out of this as much as possible and not lay out any opinions until I can see Raf's point of view.. ;>
