This is not correct the item still belongs to the person who sent it and should be returned upon owners discrection. this idea simply makes it easier to do so since we cant all log on the lendee's acct and send it back ourselfs this idea implents doing just that without logging into their account its a good idea its just sketchy because it has not been thought thoroughly throw about all the parameters that stoked has mentiond. Although this is not a needed feature of LS since lending gear is always at risk.
That is not correct, and the idea that that is how things work in the free market system of ladder slasher is why there have been quite possibly a thousand or more topics since the vault and guild transfer was implemented complaining about lost items. Prior to that, it was market only, vault didn't exist. Transferring between your
own characters required a third party. You have no idea what you're speaking of. Right there, on the guild transfer page of the vault itself it says:
Quote
*** Please note that all transfers are at your own risk. This is a one way transfer, and the receiver is not obligated to give you anything in return.
This means, good sir, that when you transfer something,
even to guild, it is solely at your own risk. Paul did not support transfer
whatsoever, in any form, until the vaults. Even then, he made very clear, this is a convenience item to stop people from bitching, and because it goes the direction he invisions for his game. Transfer is fine between guild, but even then,
whoever holds the item owns the item. It is not until you, your friendship, your trustworthyness, and your respect in the community comes to play that any of that other shit matters, and none of that is JSP monitored, nor is any of it JSP supported. At your own risk means something. Deal with it.
