Seriosly. The ee robe market would be flooded!

His 50 EE Robe mute is just hilarious. He just got done muting tons of lightings too, he was pissed.

for everyone whos says you cant upgrade your gear now that muting is gone....

yeah i obtained some great gear when i could still mute. but since then, i have managed to collect and upgrade my gear just fine, it just takes more effort.

my only complaint about hardcore is the lack of catacomb games to be found. I am in a small guild and not so many of our members play ladder slasher anymore, and even fewer of those play hc. my last stab at hc was just prior to the latest updates. I dumped about 6k fg into gear, which got me a whole climb's worth of mediocrity. without the catacombs games to join here and there the tedium is worse than watching paint peel because the climbs are so slow.

so many of you say its easy to upgrade your gear still and you dont even realize the advantage you have over the new players -- already godly setups and most of you play this game 24/7 (benell)

benell you got rich because you played 24/7 not because you are special... stop trying to act like you are in any way. Only thing special about you is your psychological disorders.

[edit] And I really don't give a shit if you want to poke fun at the fact that I quit -- if I could rebuild again like I could back then I'd still be playing this game, but I can't and therefore I don't even want to play ever again -- i hate borrowing gear

I haven't seen a single catacomb game in teh past few days on HC, and I think I'm teh only one in my guild playing HC
Arena'ing is so slow atm for me, no pally gear, so I have to cast, and afaik mobs now have magical defense, so my damage is horrible




Ya stuff is expansive on HC, I probably spent over 8k for gear, and I've never found anything good except a 109ee lvl 40 lightning charm iirc
I can't get any fg because I don't think people buy high lvl mutables yet, and I'm not finding useful items
I'm not playing LS to get FG, but obviously, it's fun to get some FG every climb, to upgrade gear etc.
Now I'm kinda stuck, can't make FG, can't improve gear, gotta keep climbing with a horrible caster pally (I has daggers, would be nice to pass my next MQ for monk)


Anyway, HC is very fun, teh only things I hate is that I have to arena, with horrible gear, so it's slow
I can't find anything, and stuff is expansive so I can't improve gear

Guilds like Labyrinth are constantly running cata's we've gotten to the point where we have too many guildies for a single cata and are often looking for people to complete a second group. Our thread for Hardcore cata's is always updated when people are needed (ofc we don't post when we have a full guild game) There are other guilds that are often looking for cata groups too such as Blitzkrieg, Atlantis etc etc...

I'm not saying for a second that it's always easy, but we make it happen. I personally run in a cata group at LEAST once an evening.. feel free to watch our HC cata thread for groups... I know of 2 different cata's that have made runs today that Laby went looking to fill and was successful... and I know there will be at least one more later tonight...possibly even 2!!
