Is the item stat quality + EP % worth it for popping one of these maps? Or should I wait for something different...I've never really looked at events to see what it can be.

So the +EPs won't effect the +33 EPs from the map (it isn't 33 * 1.8). It will just have more EPs due to there being 80% more base EPs. High EP maps you might want to wait until a high drop or item stat quality event

Commencing solo explore @ level 40 with my Warlock.

I would do one of these maps during this event knowing full well that with the Experience Cap event and the Experience gain, I would most likely get to Master Quest level (71) by the time of completing the size of it... also, you have quantity of 5, so you won't be wasting one(1) of them.

I think the monster cap level is 70? But don't quote me on that.

Oh, at least this event Also has +Stat modifier as well.
