The reason why earlier levels should be omitted is because either people would never use stuff like that or the amount that stuff at that level will drop is nuts and there is to many capped and stuff like that.

Like low level str or dex charms, it is pointless to have them on there because 50+ of them exist. So a certain system would need to be put in place to determine the best or just remove those areas and start at a higher tier.

Keep this outside the thread, if you disagree with how this thread has been set up and run for the last year and a half make your own thread or whatnot. Please show some respect for the hard work that has been put in by Joe aka killer_stride and Jason aka bmth

i agree a system should be set up
but heal mastery for example
no one uses it for shit
its basically a side mod now
and as for str/dex
there should be a ratio to determine hoow much of a certain stat = 1 str

Did I bash their hard work?

I am simply saying that the list needs to be changed. You of all people even agree with me Roy to a certain extent the list needs to be re done in some areas.
