ppl are just not posting every fail drop. also it needs high stats as well to consider an item a fail.
where is ur problem guys? are u just searching for things u can complain at?
seriously think before asuming and typing
He does have a point...I don;t think people post many failed drops in the topic that is floating around.
I know I don't. I have picked up tons of "failed" items, and either shrine them or toss them on the MP for low fg. Usually they sell cheap because of newer players and the people using them for skill profs/glyphs, etc
I think the drop rates are fine. Now people are finding items that are worthy of keeping (or for selling) at a more readily rate.
This not only helps current members with items for their climbs, but also gives people a change to sell them off to make FG. We all know about previous drop rates and how it was - in a way - practically impossible to get a good drop...and when it did happen, that person got lucky.
People are quiiting or taking breaks now, but they do it in such haste that they need to realize that Paul stated there were more updates to follow. The newest one was divided into several patches so that the transitional phase wasn't such a shock.
Wait to see what is planned for the next coming update(s) because Paul did say it himself...that it will make more sense once he releases the full updates he intended to do, but decided to do it transitionally rather than all in one lump-sum.
ofcourse it makes sense that more items are being sold (increased drop rates + people quitting and selling off their gear) but that is to be expected if people are quitting.
I guess it doesn't matter how the game changes. There will always be pros and cons with any updates that are introduced into the game, and not everybody will have the same opinion of what they view as a "pro" or a "con".
edit - fixed some typos
