What does it mean 14% to experience cap, does it mean that I have to get 14% more exp per level to level up?

it does not take longer to mq, we thought for a while that it would give a chance to get 14% more xp per mob that if a monster could give u 0.5-1.0% xp it now could be 0.5-1.14% but dont think that's the case anymore as it doesnt really speed up the climb either
the only thing that we know for sure at this point is that if you put xp glyph or whatever on a driver it's much harder for the driver to pull away as the group follows that xp much easier (so that way the climb goes faster)

Ahh ok. People mentioned that climbs should be faster, but I never noticed it. Maybe if you are fighting higher level monsters you get more exp, so say falling down a trap door or a well boss
