The reason behind this is the fact that nobody is going to use heal mastery gear of that such at all really.
Remove all Heal Mastery Leather/scales.
Remove all heal mastery robes up to level 30.
Remove all heal mastery plates/chains up to level 20.
Remove all Intelligence axes/swords/clubs up to level 20.
Remove all intelligence scales/leather/plates/chains up to level 20.
On intelligence robes/staffs/daggers use a benchmarking system for tier 3 to 5 stuff.
For instance, on tier 3, a 15 int item is just stupid to have on there because over 20 of them probably exist. So something like this should be used.
Say for instance Intelligence 10+ is required and mods such as mpk/mana would count towards it for the best. So the best robe realistically can be put on the list.
And regarding str charms/armors and dex charms/armors. It needs to be drastically changed also.
First of all, all tier 3 and 4 categories need to be just wiped out.
Starting at tier 5, set a str/dex requirement at 22-23+ and then max/life/lpk and dex for str charms and str for dex charms will count also. This is a way better scale of determining the best stat charm.
And obviously when you get to the high levels of stat charms you don't use this logic as the stat charms are not as high and maxed stat abundance as compared to lower level charms.
Keep str/dex categories for tier 3 to 14.

stupid to put up to 25 who are u to decide a 15 item with 30 hm isnt worth mentioning if a 20 with 35 is lol..
