You are missing the point Juston. No offense here. But we can easily test whether it is her charm or not. Sqnman007 can sell the charm for 10,000fg to me right now and if that 10,000fg transaction shows up on Xnaadge's item history - it is 100% HER ice charm.

*The point is that the item was never rolled in the first place.

Edit: After reviewing everything it turns out that this item as indeed sold as a mutable, purchased by JakeTheDog and then muted into the 182 EE Ice. I'm glad we got this resolved.
