How about Items, speed on the runs, runs per day, communication with the other players? This isn't a single player game, if you ask who is the best player in the world when it comes to counterstrike, you also need to ask who he play with and see how that affects the skill, etc.

This is mainly off the top of my head without putting a crazy amount of thought into it, hopefully I didn't forget anyone too major, but it will be a great list to go off of, the top ladder slashers list is also sufficient and you can pick up the reasons why others are up there from experience.
