yes i am sure the odd person you are actually helping out and that's cool but the rest use and abuse it and are only in ur guild cuz your buying their friendship.
I have climbed with a few guardian members and most the time they afk, leech etc. So i don't climb with them anymore.

As for paying for gp's. I don't have anything against ppl like Vegito who pay for gp's. I just don't think that such guilds as LS team are strong and good enough (comparing to most of other LS guilds). As Trevor said, that fg factor which lures all those ppl (d2 players, poker players, etc.) brings to our community some ppl what aren't always good...
If someone wants to play LS for fun, to meet some friends, etc. he is a better material for a trustworthy person, it's logical. Now, if there are some scammers, welchers, would they want the same? No, they try and try just to swindle us out of fg.
You may of course have good intentions, but you are in a difficult position to make sure each member you accept is ok. It's hard to estimate due to that factor what lures those ppl.
There were some dramas with stealing items even in "normal" guilds. I hope you won't learn about that in a hard way Vegito.

Oh and 1 more thing to clarify. As for that wilbur, I believe some ppl (including me ;p) treat it like a fair competition where getting paid for gp is like sportsman taking drugs ^^
