I have certainly considered the option of someone ' actually sniping it '

However, there is only ONE of TWO options that occured.

Option 1: Rafaels told someone to snipe it, put it up before he told me 'up' and got someone to buy it a pure scam, which it certainly looks like.

The only other option...

Option 2: Rafaels had received my fg, took little care if putting my item on the market and informing me, and opened up a window for it to be sniped, and cared not that i didnt get my item, as long as he got my fg. Because the way the MP x fer works, there is only 1/2 a second where it's in no-man's land, and with 40 people, none of who are aware of what's happening, there is a 0% chance of it being snipped.

Furthermore, i DIDN'T even see it, Rafaels claim was that in the 0.2 seconds he hit 'enter' and sent me the message UP and my eyes registering his message and me pushing 'search' that it had been sniped. It's not like i saw the staff on the market, got it in the box and an error showed up.

It's simply impossible.

Option 1: He scammed me.

Option 2: He screwed me over, took my fg, and put my item on the open market purposely with absolutely no regard for my end of the deal.

In the end, it was 100% Rafaels fault the staff was not received me, there was a 0.2 second margin of error on my mind, and i would bet anything that it cannot be randomly sniped in such a time frame.

Furthermore, to completely deny ANY liability, when using MP x fer WAS HIS IDEA, and his fault, one way or the other for losing the staff, to not even split the loss 1/2 and 1/2 and send me back at least some fg, instead he said, in the worst english possible for a grown human being, to basically go fuck myself, that apparently it was my fault.


No. Tim, Erich speaks highly of you, i like you too, but to stand by a man like that is just embarassing. He has no integrity, and no intelligence.

Oh now I realize who you actually are. Next time I'm up in Edmonton come out for a drink with Erich Kat and myself and, how bout this, I'll tell you personally just how much of an idiot you are for thinking that it wasn't your fault at all. I stated (quite clearly) that someone at random grabbing that item was slim. It is however, NOT an impossibility. Raf has no reason to scam anyone for FG if you had any idea how much that man works and how much he makes, you would know this. He's a business owner and requires integrity and ethics in the real world. He brings it with him to the LS community as well. Scam you?? As I said I highly doubt that. You got the short end of the proverbial stick. Someone sniped a godly item (and got lucky doing it) and hid it in their vault until the heat dies down.

Scams can't occur in Ladder Slasher, this has been said several times.
I'm sorry if you didn't get an item you really wanted but you can't accuse someone to have scammed you due to my first sentence.

And Tim, if you think someone searched for a 200+ ee staff in the less than a second it should've been on the market for, in a game that had 40 users logged on, who had no idea of what was going on, and had olympic reflexes to put in the 'buy' box and buy it without even being in shock or reading the stats in less than half a second is realistic, you're delusional.

If it was on the market for more than 1-2 seconds, Rafaels is greatly to blame, as he took no care in transferring the item to me, and to completely deny any liability and to make such a statement, proves the opposite of how you speak of him.

I do not know him personally but all I can say is a business man would know to give himself a good image. If he actually has all that money and good ethics (such a touchy subject ) then why did he not offer at least 25% of the price back? That is the least a "business" man would do to encourge future business. This is common knowledge.

I will not judge until I hear Raf's story, but from the PMs I've seen on this topic it doesn't look very good.
