I bought about 120 items today I am trying to get them all into ess, but thats like 7 hrs of muting

on-topic:
my friend muted one 60 ee weapon, some other 5x ee tier 3 weapons/armors, one 55 ee 15 int, but it wasn't staff

Im just startingfun with transmutting and i have 2 questions because i see here experienced ppl

1) does magic luck works (increases possibility of better stats ) with muting?
2) is there or still isnt possibility muting 2-handed weapons?
