The problem with listening to user input is that users rarely look at the game from a developer's standpoint or for the long-term sustainability of the game. Saying 'increase drops', 'bring back xxxx', 'make this or that easier', and solely from the end users' individual points of view are often not practical or realistic.

If Paul removes something from the game it's probably not coming back. However, that doesn't mean that adjustments may not be made if intelligent suggestions are provided. People should always be looking to the future of the game and suggesting things that can be adjusted in the current or future versions rather than dwelling on 'what was good in the past'. Asking for an increase in solo experience is a more reasonable suggestion than demanding that arena be brought back (just as one example). Ofc, even reasonable suggestions that are in line with the current or future version can still easily be rejected if they don't fit into the future vision for the game.

What I've noticed in many instances is that a lot of the better suggestions do eventually get worked into the game. Paul finds ways to get the same or similar desired change, but often implements it in a different way than was originally suggested. This has continually impressed me, and I don't think he gets enough credit for the creative ways our better suggestions do get built into the game.

Hard to making truith. BUT!

You guys who said "Iso arena back or better solo drops in cata, etc" didn't realised, Ladder Slasher was made to teamplay & for guilds. And for the race of guilds. And to a better race you all need to play as a team. Everything about gps/teams now & not about personal benefits. This is the situation atm (and probably it's "as was originally intended" ;) ).

Anyhow, this is my opinion. And you like it or not, it's your lookout. :)

Yes but the problem is that you need to have an alternative to multiplayer incase no1 is on or in your range.

Right now there is nothing.

I mean having a group only game works for WoW because millions of people play that game but it dosen't work for LS.

It would be good if there was a way to incorporate Arena when there are less than 50 active players on LS (maybe less for HC like 10)
This way, when ppl can not find a group, they can solo in Arena instead of catacombs.

i don't think arena will be coming back
the whole point of him removing this imo, was because it was easy to bot and being botted alot
by changing the whole system all those bots are now obsolete
also besides that as he said these monsters gave massive amounts of prof and exp for that matter
i mean when arena was around the game was pretty damn easy
now its a bit hard people actually die and you get tons of flamming

I don't want to protect Paul's decide... but... if less ppl playing (as now)... and arena is up too, much less ppl will playing in cata then. And all "pro" will playing in cata still (with their friends/guild) as a team... and all other ppl doesn't have any chance to play in cata coz no1 on... and if anybody on, those are "noobs", and can't play coz cata is total useless if all ppl has low gear. Do you realised?

Im intreasted in seeing what the future brings!

I say let the man do what he does. Which is (incase you all forgot) make a game you all play or played at one time or another.

I have faith that the game shall continue to get better.
