In my opinion, HC was way too easy before if you ask me. Unless you lagged, you didn't rip. I know everyone may not agree with what I'm saying, but I think its better now.

I was here when HC LS was first introduced. Back then it was lag and if you lagged back then, there wasn't a disconnect policy setup, so you were done for. Now, EPs are pretty bad, but I don't stray outside the black unless I'm fully regened, and as soon as I run into them I'm back in town with 2-3K life gone. It's hard to get used to, but you gotta plan like every single space is going to be an EP.

Even with lag you wouldn't rip :) If you knew what you were doing.

This is true, hence why HC was too easy before IMO. I don't know what everyone else thinks, but now I think that HC is made into more of a challenge. Maybe one day I'll try it out if I ever get enough free time.

i xplore, i xplore lots, i fight every ep, i have only run from sneaky b/c i don't have that much time to kill for a little vita.

However i have not solo'd past 62 have gone 47-62 and currently been soloing since lvl 20 (im lvl 53), not having too much problems besides running out of space for shrines sometimes, other than that its been going fine. does take a little bit longer to lvl but its w/e, i still remember the 10+hours for a single lvl when hc was first starting out, so as long as it doesn't go back to that long i'll be fine with however long it takes me to lvl.

Three EPs wasn't a prob for my Lock, I just had make use of the heal charm and sometimes a couple of trips to the shrine. BTW, I don't use the best equipment on HC LS, just ask my friends...LOL

You mean 22 prof doesn't make up for your shortcomings Doug? :D
My only problem with the current system is if I d/c on my end (which I do with more frequency than I'd like) I'd almost certainly die on 3 EPs. Prior to this update I could d/c on anything but the highest hitting wells and survive with the way I did my build. I suppose that's fair enough, but it still makes me uncomfortable. :lol:

I've had my d/c problems for months and played HC fine. Something with my computer that I can't figure out. Either freezes or blue screens ~ 1/week for no reason that is apparent to me. Both equate to a d/c on LS.

You'll be the first person I talk to on that cold day in hell that I decide to sell it though. :P
