Consider me biased, but I rather like both of these:

Mystical splintered staff
Damage: 6 to 16
+52% Enhanced Effect
+39 Intelligence
+1 Life Regen

Angelic elm staff
Damage: 12 to 32
+23 Intelligence
+345 Max Life
+7 Magic Luck
+4 Mana Regen

Which reside in my vault. However, I'd say the staff dano listed, for 35-? Uh... That one is better, once hit level 35, for sure.
